Class Description/Information

Circuit Training
Circuit Training improves all round physical fitness. During each session you will utilise the upper body, core and trunk, lower body, and total body in a variety of different exercises, set at different stations. It will follow the path of warm up, pre-exercise mobility and stretches, main Circuit workout, cooldown and post-exercise stretches. It is a combination of low to high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart-lung fitness. A "circuit" is a completion of all of the exercise stations.

Circuit Training is great for all levels of fitness; whilst you concentrate on your specific station, your neighbour is doing the exact same thing, so there is no need to feel under pressure to perform at someone else's level, allowing you to focus on your technique and gradually improve your fitness levels. And what's more, Circuit Training is actually great fun too!!

Exercise to Music
There's nothing more motivating than having great music to exercise to; throw in a few grapevines,
plenty of scooping, and we're away!
By doing aerobics regularly you will reap the rewards of a new and improved healthy lifestyle as it offers a plethora of health benefits. In this day and age we are all concerned with the condition of our heart and this type of cardiovascular activity will pump and pound your heart into healthy fitness.
For those seeking to lose weight, there is no better exercise. Simply put, this activity is a calorie mega-burner! When doing this type of workout it is common to find yourself soaked to the skin in sweat and you will often find yourself close to exhaustion by the end of a gruelling aerobics class, but I guarantee that you will feel great afterwards. You will also find that your general levels of fitness will improve greatly and be the best they have ever been.

Exercise to Music enables you to workout at your own level of fitness, with a variety of adaptations for both beginner and advanced, so don't feel that you can't attend a class because you have never done it before, just come along and join in, and together we will all reach our goals.

The class will follow the path of warm up, pre-exercise mobility and stretches, main aerobic workout, including some cardio-combat!! Muscular strength endurance, cooldown and post-exercise stretches.

This fun workout uses the entire body; your arms, your legs and especially your core. You will burn loads of calories with these explosive moves; far more than you would burn in an hours gym session and the time will fly by as you build on technique and speed. Within a few classes you will be leaner and stronger and be able to move quicker, be more agile and fast on those feet; alongside burning even more calories. Boxerblast is the fun effective way to trim up and tone up; so get those gloves on!!
